Deploy the cage.

Give it the agent's address and press the button. Your wallet is the principal: only it can amend, fund, revoke or reinstate. The agent can only propose, and the compiled mandate decides.

A treasury with a mandate compiled into it. The agent proposes; the cage decides. Half a percent a year streams to your wallet on the value held.

Then

Write the mandate on the home page and amend the instrument with it. Fund it. Watch the record.
Run the agent with `scripts/agent.mjs` against the address, or point your own agent at `execute()`.
